I serve the Lord in full time ministry managing our family business washing tens of thousands of dirty diapers every day. tiny tots.com I went to college to be a pastor but realized it’s function was in direct conflict with what the NT says it should be. I gave it up to help people grow in Christ free of charge without lecturing the Bible. I think the NT teaches:
100% of giving goes beyond the giver-no pooling for ourselves; 100% two-way communication - I can’t find lecture in the NT;  100% mutual ministry - no power pyramid - Jesus said no “exercising authority”; 100% intergenerational - never send the children away; 100% reproducing leadership - no turf protection
