It's real swell to hear the USCWM on KBRT radio. What a contrast to the "traditional" Christian shows. I'm much encouraged.

Instead of following the idea of "loose change," I have adapted it to fit my situation. I have determined to "match funds" monthly with that which I spend for coffee with the guys in the morning. Coffee is my daily luxury.

Please use this check to help support the radio broadcast.

In His love,

I have just finished reading the Jericho book. I feel at one with you all at the "Pasadena Campus" in your tremendous team effort for the Hidden Peoples of the world.

I wish I could respond to all your challenges! I am 72, and involved in many things that fill my days, but I will keep trying!

We started the loose change plan in our home, and thank you for sending the jar labels and the good information. It is a good plan.

What I did do after reading . . . the Jericho book, was to get out my "Unreached Peoples '79," and "Unreached Peoples '81" and read Ralph Winter's tremendous articles in those 2 books again.

Then I did something today that I should have done long ago; I set aside a whole hour (60 minutes) to look through those amazing lists of Tribes and People Groups. I tried to make it a time of agonizing intercession for all those Hidden People. Only 2,914 unreached peoples in the lists given! What a vast number of people they are, and all unreached! I began to realize what 16,750 really means in terms of human souls who need urgent attention and our sacrificial efforts, to put it mildly.

I love Ralph Winter's idea of living a wartime lifestyle for the sake of World Evangelization. Pray for me that I may not disgrace the idea any more, I'm afraid I'm a typical affluent. But I do thank God with all my heart for the way World Literature Crusade taught me to be a "One Hour Watcher." I'm going to use that prayer warfare training to pray daily for "the Pasadena Campus and all those lists of Tribes, etc.

Onward and Forward,

Several years ago a missionary friend of mine gave me the book "Once More Around Jericho."

It was so challenging that I felt impressed to send a personal check for $15.95. I neglected to obey this impression. Probably since our work in Haiti is always in need.

The "Mission Frontiers" came this week. and I read it avidly. Prompted once again to send $15.95. Obeying this time! Praise the Lord. May He bless you in this massive work in His Kingdom.

Your sister in Him,

-E.S.W. Haiti

Our enclosed check for $18.95 is for "The Work" $15.95 and $3.00 renewal subscription to Mission Frontiers. We read each issue from the first page to the last, and praise our Lord for your vision and love for Mission. We pray God's blessing continue upon you and the Frontiers.

Sincerely in Christ,

-G.P. Milton, MA

I'm giving my parents a Founder's Gift membership to the USCWM for their 41st anniversary. Maybe someday God will send them to new frontiers, too!

[Also,] this morning friends of mine who are missionaries with me at Daystar Communications in Kenya had a baby girl. The best gift I can think of is a founder's membership to the USCWM to help get her started off on a global perspective foot.

She's a beautiful little girl hope the USCWM and she grow in beautiful ways together. Will pray for that.

Love to all and prayers, too; Sincerely,

-L. J. Lansing, MI

I have learned of your need and am responding in obedience to our Lord Jesus Christ.

Furthermore we have prayed for Dr. Winter and you all in our prayer meetings at our local fellowship.

Thank you for your unceasing efforts there at the campus. Christ Himself will perfect, strengthen, confirm and establish you in your sufferings, and you will rejoice with unspeakable joy. I Peter 1:6 9, 5 10.

Your brother,

-R. M. Staunton, VA [Thank you for your prayers. We know that the battle is won or lost in prayer! In our daily prayer times, we also intercede for those who are standing with in prayer Ed.]
