Welcome to the May-June 1995 issue of Mission Frontiers. In this issue we deal with some foundational concepts that help us understand what it means to bring the Gospel to a new culture and overcome the barriers the keep the Gospel from becoming indigenous to a people. This issue was distributed to the 4,000 delegates of GCOWE 95, so they would have the strategic tools they need to bring the Gospel to every tribe and tongue.
